HOW DOES THE CHECK IN AND KEY DELIVERY PROCESS WORK?
After your booking is accepted and you sign the contract, you must inform us as soon as possible about your arrival via the link we will provide you by email.(At least you need to advise 72 business hours before your arrival) Once we have received this information, the MadridEasy team will contact you to arrange check-in and to arrange key delivery

Monday – Friday from 09:00h to 18:00h. Check-in at no additional cost
The contract will be signed online.
CHECK-IN OUTSIDE WORKING HOURS
Monday – Friday from 18:00h to 22:00h.
IMPORTANT: Tenants who have chosen this check-in time will be charged 65€ ( 21% VAT) per person. *
CHECK-IN DURING WEEKENDS And PUBLIC HOLIDAYS
Saturday, Sunday and public holidays from 09:00h-21:00h.

Check-in not possible:
• 22:00h-09:00h, Monday to Friday. (Holidays excluded.)
• 21:00h-09:00h, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
AIRPORT PICKUP TERMS
Those tenants who have chosen and paid for this service must send their flight information to MadridEasy seven days prior to the service. Renters experiencing delays, cancellations, immigration problems or baggage claim should contact MadridEasy and the pick-up company as soon as possible. Shuttle drivers will wait a maximum of 60 minutes at the airport (at an additional cost). If they are not notified of delays, changes, cancellations etc., drivers may leave, losing the tenant's contracted pick-up service.***

Tenants who do not wish to pay for after-hours check-in will have to wait at the established time during office hours to be able to enter the reserved accommodation. Renters must inform MadridEasy seven days prior to arrival if they have chosen to pay for the after hours check-in service.
Renters who choose to hire an after-hours check-in service should inform MadridEasy seven days prior to your arrival date.
Check-in service fees must be paid at the time of arrival in cash or in conjunction with the 1st month rental prior to arrival.
*Prior to your check-in, you should have:
-Paid the first month's rent, the deposit, the service fee, and the fixed expenses for the first month. In case you pay by bank transfer, you would have to send MadridEasy a proof of this payment as usually the transfer will cake several days to arrive.
-Provided to MadridEasy the necessary documents (identity card, university registration, employment contract, payroll, etc.)
-Signed the contract
-Completed in link with arrival day information. (At least 72h working days before check-in)
** Those tenants who land in Madrid around 20:00h during the week (holidays excluded) are recommended to hire an alternative accommodation for that night.
This is because post-flight arrangements (baggage collection, immigration etc.) plus the time to arrive at the reserved accommodation can take approximately 2 to 3 hours and check-in will no longer be possible at that time. The tenant may check-in the following day within the established hours.
*** Those tenants who have purchased the after-hours check-in service, arriving in Madrid during the weekend or holiday around 21:00h, will have to seek alternative accommodation until the next day (after 09:00h) in order to be able to check-in within the established hours.
**** Airport pick-up rates are per person per trip. Renters must inform MadridEasy seven days prior to arrival where they will want to be dropped off by the driver (option 1 or option 2):
