Designer penthouse with unbeatable views in the heart of the city, in the Palacio neighborhood, one of the most beautiful areas of Madrid, next to Opera Square and the Royal Palace, on Escalinata Street, which is a street with very little traffic, on the seventh floor (with an elevator). Very bright and fully equipped. With the possibility of a parking space, not included in the price.

It has plenty of light and wonderful views, and at night, it is spectacular. It consists of a living room with an American kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. It has air conditioning (hot-cold), the windows' glass, besides being double glazed, are treated with neutralux for thermal insulation. There is plenty of storage space, as in addition to the built-in wardrobe in the bedroom, along the entire penthouse and under the windows, there are also cabinets.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances (refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, powerful extractor hood, induction hob, toaster, juicer, etc.), and all the necessary utensils (dishes, cutlery, glassware, table linen, etc.).

In the living room, the sofa is a sofa bed. The table can be used as support for the kitchen and dining area and/or as a study desk. The bedroom has a window, a built-in wardrobe, and storage space under the window; the bed is 1.35m. The bathroom also has a window, with plenty of light, thermostatic faucets, wall-hung toilet, built-in cistern, and a spacious built-in shower.
