This lovely single room is one of the six rooms in the apartment. You have all you need as a student: a single bed,  a wardrobe, a desk and a chair.

The house is located in a quiet residential area with gardens, pool and tennis court. It’s well communicate with the public transport, it have a bus only 5 minutes’ walk (which takes you to Moncloa, Majadahonda or any other location). If you want go by train you have Majadahonda station 15 minutes’ walk, (connecting with the lines C-7 and C -10 suburban Madrid). The house have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathroom to be shared with the others. The common areas would be shared, it has a beautiful kitchen with all the necessary utensils for cooking.  Also it has a large fridge, where you can storage, as well as a dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
