Madrideasy is a housing company that has dedicated more than 20 years to providing housing for students and young professionals from all over the world.

We have been accommodating students from various prestigious programs, universities, companies, and both national and international institutions making Madrideasy the top housing company in Madrid.

Our History

1996

Begin to help Erasmus students of the Universidad Europea through the "Become a Tutor" program.

2004

Acquisition of the first property outside of Madrid.

2005

Agreement with the University of Florida.

2006

Collaboration with Hildebrando to accommodate their training staff from Mexico.

2007

Reach the milestone of renting out 100 rooms per month.

2008

Incorporation of added value services such as airport pick up, transportation cards, room cleaning, pack of towels, etc.

2009

Collaboration with several agencies for movie locations.

2010

Became members of APUNE.

2011

Collaboration with the Josep Carreras Foundation

Opening of our current office in Madrid

Collaboration with more universities and educational programs.

Our office becomes a multi-service booth for students & Incorporation of virtual POS for online reservations.

Implementation of internet booking platforms.

Surpassed managing 1500 rooms in Madrid.

Launch of our 100% online website & new co-working system


Responsabilidad social

Since October 2011 we’ve been collaborating with the Josep Carreras Foundation by allocating a percentage of our benefits as part of our social responsibility initiative to help find a cure and treatment for Leukemia.

In early 2018, we began to collaborate with ProFuturo Foundation where we provide them with clothing and unopened food items that previous tenants leave in our accommodations.
