The lower area contains the living room, with a comfortable sofa in neutral tones and a contemporary coffee table. In front of the sofa, a flat-screen TV is mounted on the wall, along with floating shelves for decorative storage.

The kitchen, located in the elevated section, is equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and washing machine. Next to it, there is a dining table for two. The bedroom, also in the elevated area, includes a double bed, bedside tables, and two large wardrobes.

The bathroom features a large walk-in shower, in keeping with the studio’s modern and functional design.

Lucero, a charming neighborhood in the Latina district of Madrid, is distinguished by its unique blend of old and modern buildings, creating a peaceful and appealing residential environment for students. Accessibility is a standout feature, thanks to the efficient public transportation system, especially the metro, with the nearest station being Lucero (Line 6).

Living in Lucero, you'll find numerous shops, restaurants, and local parks, such as the Olivar Park. And within a few minutes by public transport, you can enjoy the Madrid Amusement Park.
