This apartment is located in the Puerta Bonita neighborhood, in the Carabanchel district. In the area you’ll find several restaurants, shops, parks like the Vista Alegre Estate and even a post office since it’s back to back with one of the main streets of this district; near you’ll also find the “La Mina” sport center where you’ll be able to enjoy the public pool in summer.

From here you’ll be able to easily access universities like the Complutense of Madrid and the Politecnica.  The nearest metro station is Carabanchel (Line 5).
