The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, and washing machine. Next to the kitchen, a dining table for two creates a cozy dining space.

The bedroom, integrated into the same area, features a double bed with two bedside tables, and two spacious wardrobes for storage.

Lastly, the bathroom includes a large walk-in shower, maintaining the studio’s modern and functional design.

Lucero, a charming neighborhood in the Latina district of Madrid, is distinguished by its unique blend of old and modern buildings, creating a peaceful and appealing residential environment for students.
